Good idea and fits watch nice, only thing is that with the gold on black option it is very difficult to actually read it, it certainly isn't something that can be read quickly in an emergency.

I'm very happy with my purchase. I don't have to remember ID or consider whether my hbby will be notified if anything happened to me on a run -- my blood types down, my emergency contacts listed. I can run with confidence knowing that my watch will incude the important emergency details.
